GM Denies Report of 60,000 Job Cuts: The auto maker had been expected to announce at a meeting Monday plans to trim its U.S. hourly work force to 200,000 over the next three years to restore its money-losing North American auto operations to profitability, but a spokesman said the company has no such plans.
