New Members of Hermosa Beach Council
The officious meddling of the Democratic party in the recent Hermosa Beach municipal election earned what it deserved. Failure. This was a presumptuous interference in a nonpartisan contest.
The menu the Democrats endorsed was one of upstarts and parvenus with no experience, with no stake or involvement in the city. This election shows that the voters occasionally demonstrate some common sense.
All three new council members, (John) Bowler, (Julia) Oakes, and (J.R.) Reviczky, have already shown their commitment to this city.
I look forward to a resuscitation of civilization for this little metropolis.
