Fire Remnants: Just days after the destructive fire that raged through Laguna Beach, Coldwell Banker realtor Charlene Ragatz was looking at the burned-out rubble of a home she had recently listed for sale.
A singed piece of paper in the ashes caught her eye. It turned out to be a page from the 1988 Laguna Hills High yearbook--the page that included her son, Geoffrey. “This is too weird,” Ragatz said.
