$13.6-Million Acquisition: Regency Health Services said Tuesday that it has completed its $13.6-million acquisition of Braswell Enterprises Inc. and its seven nursing homes.
Five of the nursing homes are in Pomona, where Braswell was based. One is in Pico Rivera and one is in the San Bernardino County town of Highland, a Regency spokeswoman said. The seven facilities have a total of 777 beds.
Regency, based in Newport Beach, now has 43 specialized health facilities in California with a total of 4,115 licensed beds.
