U.S. Soccer Team Plays Jamaica Today
The U.S. national soccer team, depleted by injuries, plays host to the national team of Jamaica today at Cal State Fullerton’s Titan Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Defenders Fernando Clavijo and Cle Kooiman underwent knee surgery Tuesday, making them the third and fourth U.S. defenders to be sidelined. Marcelo Balboa has missed six months because of a knee injury, and Paul Caligiuri has a sprained foot.
