Under the state Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act, Ventura County must report each week the toxic and potentially toxic materials discharged. The discharges are investigated by the county Environmental Health Division. DATE: Aug. 16 LOCATION: 1800 Corbin Way and Marine Way, Oxnard MATERIAL: 100 gallons wastewater
DATE: Aug. 18 LOCATION: 300 W. Potrero Rd., Thousand Oaks MATERIAL: 50 gallons kerosene
DATE: Aug. 19 LOCATION: Highway 118 and Hitch Boulevard, Moorpark MATERIAL: 30 gallons diesel
