Nothing but Praises for El Segundo’s Bowen

I am taking this opportunity to express the city of El Segundo’s appreciation for the good work of Assemblywoman Debra Bowen in representing the city’s interests with regard to the state’s budget.
Throughout the budget process, even at “crunch time,” Assemblywoman Bowen kept the El Segundo City Council and staff well informed on the progress, tenor and direction of the budget and budget discussion in the Legislature. While we never enjoy losing revenue, especially that which has been historically earmarked for cities, we appreciate that Assemblywoman Bowen vigorously represented our concerns and kept us informed.
