Jeppesen Establishes Cooperative Venture in Russia: The subsidiary of Times Mirror Co. has teamed up with the Russian civil aviation authorities to create flight information for Russia and other former Soviet states. Englewood, Colo.-based Jeppesen, which is a publisher of flight information, and the Federal Center for Aeronautical Information of Civil Aviation of Russia will create and sell such products as airway charts, electronic navigational information and aeronautical publications. Times Mirror publishes the Los Angeles Times.
