Urethane Technologies Inc.: The Irvine developer of polyurethane technology reported a loss of $782,644, or 11 cents share, for the second quarter. That compared to a loss of $784,830, or 15 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue declined 14% to $761,000 from $890,000. For the first half, the company reported a loss of $1.5 million, or 23 cents a share. That compares to a loss of $2 million, or 39 cents a share, for the first six months of 1992. Revenue for the first half was $1.3 million, up from $1.2 million for the comparable period last year. The 1992 figures included a $500,000 non-cash litigation settlement expense.
