Lee Iacocca May Sell 1.2 Million Shares: The former Chrysler Corp. chairman has revealed plans to sell just under half his stake in the auto maker and stands to make more than $50 million, according to published reports. Iacocca announced his intent to sell the shares in a filing last week with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Detroit Free Press and the Wall Street Journal said. He gave no reason for the sale in the brief filing document. More details could become available in September, when monthly insider trading reports are posted.
