Glendale : Memorial Hospital Honored

The Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center was honored as the organization with the most innovative and unique theme at the Health Fair Expo ’93 in April.
The Owen Murphy Volunteer Award plaque was presented recently to the hospital from the Health Fair Expo organizers at a luncheon recognizing all of the participants in the event featuring health information and screenings held at 94 sites in Southern California.
Glendale Memorial’s event, at the Glendale Galleria, provided Armenian, Tagalog and Spanish translators to help visitors with materials and health screenings.
