All Prudential Partnerships Tendered: Parker & Parsley Petroleum said it will acquire all 35 of the troubled Prudential Energy Income Funds limited partnerships. The company earlier said investors had tendered enough units for Parker & Parsley to acquire 33 of the partnerships. Parker & Parsley said investors in the two remaining partnerships signed over units by the Monday deadline. Investors in the partnerships, originally sold by Prudential-Bache (now Prudential Securities), will receive $491 million, covering part of their losses. About 137,000 investors had put in $1.45 billion in the oil and gas partnerships in the 1980s.
