Glendale : $12,000 Goes to Child Center

The Glen Roberts Child Study Center of Glendale has received a donation of $12,000 from Las Candelas, a philanthropic organization.
The center, a facility of the Verdugo Mental Health Center, treats children suffering from a variety of psychological disorders.
The money will be used for summer camp grants, therapeutic play equipment and to help offset the cost of a postdoctoral chair position.
