Holly Wisneski, former corporate/foundation development officer at the Laguna Art Museum, has been appointed director of development by the Cal State Fullerton School of the Arts, effective July 1. Wisneski, a 1985 graduate of San Diego State State University, joined the Laguna Beach museum last summer. She previously served as associate director of development at the Institute of the Americas, a private, nonprofit organization on the UC San Diego campus.
According to spokeswoman Karen Drum, the Laguna Art Museum plans to fill its associate director position--vacated three months ago by Bonnie Brittain Hall, who is working on the museum’s 75th anniversary plans--before hiring a new development officer. Drum says the museum expects to hire a new associate director by September.
