McDonnell Douglas Wins Order: McDonnell Douglas Corp. of Huntington Beach said Wednesday that it has won a $19.4-million Air Force order for two Delta II Medium Launch Vehicles. Work on the rocket, the workhorse commercial satellite-launch system, will be split between the company’s Huntington Beach facility and various subcontractors. The job is expected to end in January.
