Stephen P. Wallace has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer at Castle & Cooke Homes Inc., a Westlake Village residential real estate developer.
Wallace joins Castle & Cooke after holding the same post at A-M Homes, a home-building and mortgage banking company in Newport Beach.
Castle & Cooke Homes, which recently sold 5.4 million shares of common stock to the public, is 82% owned by Dole Food Co.
