Dorm Collapses; 17 Die

HONG KONG — A makeshift workers’ dormitory collapsed under heavy rain in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, killing 17 people, Hong Kong television said Sunday.
The World-TV network said 20 people were injured, 10 seriously.
