The Santa Ana Zoo will serve cocktails at Bistango restaurant in Irvine today to celebrate a bird on the mend. . . . It’s a golden eagle that got tangled in a helicopter blade. And, yes, the bird will be there to greet supporters, but will eat beforehand.
