Western International Wins Home Depot: Los Angeles-based media-buying giant Western International Media has landed the $50-million Home Depot broadcast media buying business. The account for the Atlanta-based home improvement chain was formerly handled by Century City-based Admarketing, which recently split with Home Depot. The win boosts Western International’s annual billings to $1.4 billion, according to Chief Executive Dennis F. Holt.
