OWEEE BUSTERS: Local corporate leaders who combine efforts annually to volunteer work time for a special project chose this year the Speech and Language Development Center in Buena Park. Actually, they were smitten by the center’s application: “Our school has an oweee.” More than 500 business execs will descend on the center--for physically and mentally handicapped youngsters--today to paint buildings, refurbish classrooms, repair fences, touch up the yard and install new playground equipment.
