He’s an Angel: Actor and producer Hector Elizondo (Broadway’s “The Price,” film’s “Pretty Woman”) will receive the Bilingual Foundation of the Arts’ annual El Angel Artist Award on May 20 at the group’s 13th annual awards banquet at the Biltmore. The program also includes a posthumous Lifetime Achievement Award to entertainer Margo Albert, who co-founded L.A.’s Plaza de la Raza. Her husband, Eddie Albert, will accept the award.
