Regency Health Services Fills Posts

Jim Wodach has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer of Regency Health Services Inc. in Newport Beach. Since December, 1992, Wodach had been acting chief financial officer for Carol Mays, who took a medical leave of absence following an automobile accident. Mays will remain senior vice president but will continue her leave for an additional year. Wodach had been vice president of finance since July, 1992, and has been a vice president for Regency since November, 1990. In addition, Thomas Padget has been appointed corporate secretary. Padget, the company’s general counsel, had assisted the corporate secretary since he joined the company in 1988. Prior to joining Regency, Padget was employed by the San Francisco law firm of Lawrence, Murray & Associates.
