Riot Anniversary: Some Los Angeles area youths get to express their views of inner-city life and last year’s riots with their own videos in “South Central: Kid to Kid,” an hourlong program airing at 11 a.m. today on ABC (Channels 7, 3, 10 and 42). The show follows six teams of students, ranging in age from 11 to 18, as they make their videos, with guidance from members of USC’s cinema and television department, and screen them at Jefferson High School.
