Art Exhibition Benefits Abused Children
Mayor Tom Bradley, A&M; Records co-founder Herb Alpert and actor Jeff Bridges will host a special exhibition by Los Angeles artist Rozzell Sykes, called “Energies of the ‘90s,” on Sunday from noon-9 p.m. in the Charlie Chaplin Sound Stage at A&M; Records, 1416 N. La Brea Ave., Hollywood.
The event is free and open to the public. More than 200 works will be displayed and 50% of proceeds from sales will benefit the nonprofit group Free Arts for Abused Children. Sykes is scheduled to speak briefly at 4 p.m.
