Emulex Corp.: The Costa Mesa computer products company reported a loss of $1.5 million, or 13 cents a share, for its third fiscal quarter. That contrasted with a profit of $1.4 million, or 34 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue for the quarter ended March 28 declined 11% to $26 million from $29.2 million. For the first three quarters of its fiscal year, the company reported a profit of $2.7 million, or 24 cents a share. That contrasted with a loss of $3.9 million, or 36 cents a share, a year earlier, when the company had a loss of $10.2 million from discontinued operations. Nine-month revenue was up 9% to $79.2 million from $72.6 million.
