DeCook came to Saddleback from Capistrano Valley High School were she lettered four years.

She has been steadily improving this season and had her best college meet last Friday when Saddleback beat Riverside, 164-68.

She won three individual events and was a member of the 200-yard medley relay team.

DeCook swam personal best times in winning the 100 backstroke (1:07.07) and the 50 breaststroke (35.45). She also won the 50 backstroke in 31.56.

Another top performer:

Michelle Pang won the 100 breaststroke (1:11.71) as Orange Coast defeated Cypress to finish the regular season 7-0.
