Happy Birthday Willie: Willie Nelson will celebrate his 60th birthday with a special TV party. “The Big 6-0: An All-Star Willie Nelson Birthday Celebration,” featuring birthday wishes from Ray Charles, Paul Simon, Kris Kristofferson, Emmy Lou Harris and Waylon Jenning, will be taped in Austin, Tex., to air in prime time on CBS in late May.
