Why Stay? Because L.A. Is One of a Kind
Despite my own historic California family connections that doubtless lead me to feel at home here, I do realize that this area is no great place for the greater number of our city dwellers. The last thing you’d call L.A. is a user-friendly place.
We still have to learn how to function as a community. We don’t know how to be a great-working metropolis for everyone here.
