TOUGH CLASSES: Mike Brinda, president of New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Santa Ana, was inspired by a TV show on prison rehabilitation he saw three years ago to do something himself. Result: The Wall Street Journal last week applauded his company, which gives free computer classes to criminals on probation. . . . Says Brinda: “We don’t take any ax murderers, but we’re giving some people a chance to get a decent job.”
