Headache Is Self-Inflicted

Calabasas council member Lesley Devine has described the continuing saga of the Micor project as “a huge headache.” She ignores the fact that Judge Robert O’Brien prescribed the headache remedy when he ruled that approval of any project on the Micor site in excess of 81 units is illegal.
For reasons known only to themselves and the developer, the council members have refused to take their medicine and have once again approved 250 units.
It seems Devine’s headache is self-inflicted.
