Crew on Board: Steven Spielberg’s new NBC fall action-adventure series “seaQuest DSV,� which follows the explorations of a high-tech submarine 25 years in the future, has a cast. Joining Oscar nominee Roy Scheider (“All That Jazz,� “Jaws�), who portrays the sub’s captain, are Stephanie Beacham (“Dynasty�), Stacy Haiduk (“The Round Table�), Don Franklin (“The Young Riders�), Jonathan Brandis (Stephen King’s “It�), Ted Raimi (“Patriot Games�), Royce D. Applegate (“White Sands�), Marco Sanchez (“Gunsmoke: The Long Ride�) and John DiAquino (“The Dirty Dozen: the Series�).
