Chicagoan to Be Named to Treasury Position

WASHINGTON — President Clinton plans to nominate Chicago businessman George Munoz to be assistant secretary of the Treasury for management and chief financial officer, the White House said. Munoz, former president of the Chicago Board of Education, now owns a firm of international attorneys.
