DUBAI, United Arab Emirates — Seven convicted criminals--three Pakistanis, three Saudi nationals and an Egyptian--were beheaded Friday in Saudi Arabia for murder, rape and drug trafficking. The executions bring the total beheaded in the kingdom to more than 30 this year.
