Ethnic Cleansing
Every time I hear a news broadcaster use the words “ethnic cleansing” I cringe. Why don’t reporters call these crimes what they really--murder and genocide? Perhaps the correct words would call attention to the enormity of the crimes and the almost nonchalance with which the crimes are reported.
