West Covina : Energy-Saving Lights OKd
The West Covina City Council voted this week to spend $118,915 to install energy-saving lights in City Hall, the Police Department and the city communications building.
City officials estimate that the new energy-conserving lights and reflectors will result in an annual saving of $38,000 a year in electric bills.
