Blacks’ Top 10: For the second year in a row, the Top 10 favorite prime-time shows among blacks are completely different from the Top 10 for all viewers, according to the ninth annual “Report on Black Television Viewing” by the advertising agency BBDO Worldwide. The survey’s 10 most popular programs among blacks, in order: NBC’s “The Fresh Prince of Bel Air”; Fox’s “Roc,” “In Living Color” and “Martin”; NBC’s “Blossom,” “A Different World” and “Out All Night”; Fox’s “In Living Color: The First Season”; ABC’s “Hangin’ With Mr. Cooper” and Fox’s “Married . . . With Children.” Only “Fresh Prince” (19th) and “Hangin’ ” (14th) are in the Top 20 for all viewers.
