Janet Evans took the 400-meter freestyle, Jenny Thompson won the 100-meter backstroke, Megan Kleine won the 100-meter breaststroke and Summer Sanders won the 100-meter butterfly Saturday night as 1992 U.S. Olympians starred in the National Swimming Championships at Nashville, Ten.
In men’s competitions, Olympian and world record-holder Jeff Rouse won the 100-meter backstroke, but his teammate and ’92 gold medalist Pablo Morales was upset in the 100-meter butterfly by another comeback swimmer, Brian Alderman.
