Inter-Tel Moving to Orange Offices: Inter-Tel Inc., a company that sells telephone equipment and voice mail systems, is moving its offices from Anaheim to Orange and expanding, company executives said.

The company, based in Chandler, Ariz., will move the 45 employees in its DataComm unit to larger quarters on Batavia Street in Orange on April 16, said Craig Rauchle, president of Inter-Tel DataComm Inc. The company will likely add another 10 workers in the engineering and sales divisions over the next year or so as the company continues to grow, he said.

Inter-Tel already added 24 workers in January when it acquired the Anaheim office of Introlin Communications Systems, Rauchle said. Inter-Tel has 600 employees, sales of about $80 million a year, and California offices in San Diego, Riverside, Hayward and Sacramento.
