After reading your article on state Supreme Court Justice Joyce Kennard (“Fairly Unpredictable,” by Michele Kort, Feb. 7), I wondered how President Clinton missed considering her for his Cabinet. She is a woman (not enough of those), an Asian (none of those), disabled (only one other of those), an immigrant (none of those) and a Republican (none of those). She has no children, thus no worry about “Nannygate.” On top of that, she is intelligent--perfect for the “Cabinet that looks like America.”
