Sharing the Ride

Regarding the article “On the Move” (March 7): Hopefully, the computer systems now in use and those soon to be put into operation will go a long way toward reducing traffic congestion in Los Angeles and Orange counties through computer-controlled traffic signal synchronization, sensors and “smart corridors.”
All the technology in the world won’t help, however, unless more Southern Californians get into car pools, van pools and buses. Share the ride!
