WORLD IN BRIEF : KOREA : Seoul Repatriates Captured N. Korean

South Korea repatriated ailing Li In Mo, captured during the 1950-53 Korean War and jailed until 1988, to North Korea. The 77-year-old Li, whom the north calls a war correspondent and the south a guerrilla, was met by his wife and daughter on the North Korean side of Panmunjom, a cluster of buildings on the heavily fortified border about 25 miles north of Seoul.
