Briefly: Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat” has set a house record at the Pantages Theater. The musical, starring Michael Damien, sold $128,790 on Sunday, the theater’s top single-day sale ever. . . . Screenwriter-director Nicholas Meyer (“Time After Time,” “Sommersby,” “The Day After”) makes his stage writing and directing debut March 25 on a movie sound stage at Culver Studios. His play, “Loco Motives,” is set in a train station where novelist Leo Tolstoy spent his last three days.
