Regarding “The Haunt of the Hotel Del” (by Sharon Whitley, Jan. 3): Please be advised that the Hotel Del is in the city of Coronado, population about 27,000, which has its own mayor and city council and, I must add, a large, beautiful city-owned library. It is not San Diego’s Hotel Del.
