UCLA linebacker Jamir Miller and New York Jets’ defensive end Mark Gunn, who were arrested on misdemeanor weapons charges in Torrance on Jan. 17 , will be arraigned in Torrance Municipal Court on Feb. 16.
Miller and Gunn will be charged with possession of a loaded weapon in a public place and possession of a concealed weapon, Torrance City Prosecutor Jesse Rodriguez said. Both charges are punishable by a jail term of up to one year and a fine of up to $1,000.
