Monroe’s Nadeau Chooses Arizona
Monroe High’s Jeff Nadeau said he made an oral commitment Wednesday to play football at Arizona next season.
Nadeau, who has played only one year of high school football, passed on offers from Cal and Oregon State and canceled scheduled recruiting trips to Northern Arizona and Washington State.
Arizona recruited Nadeau (6 feet 1, 175 pounds) as a wide receiver.
“I’m very happy. My parents are happy,†Nadeau said. “There’s no better feeling.â€
Nadeau caught 16 passes for 235 yards this season.
