Ronald Wade has been appointed vice president and chief operating officer of ONB Mortgage Corp., a subsidiary of Orange National Bancorp. He is a former vice president of operations for the Mortgage Group in Newport Beach. Renee Ziegler-Periera has been named vice president and branch manager of the East Orange office. She was vice president and assistant branch manager of the Plaza office.
