Students Can Do Their Part

The photo Jan. 17 of Palmdale High School covered with litter is shocking. We know the schools are short of funds. But if and when they receive more, how nice if it could be used for educational tools rather than more custodial help.
It is time to teach these slothful children to be responsible for their own discards and place trash in the proper receptacles.
