Parole Hearing: Adela Holzer, a former Broadway producer sent to prison for bilking an investor, is scheduled to appear before a New York state parole board today to make her case for freedom. The former Manhattan socialite pleaded guilty in 1990 to stealing more than $400,000 in a fraudulent investment scheme. Holzer, 64, also was convicted in 1981 of stealing $77,500 from investors and served two years for that.
