Electric Kingdom?
Environmental kudos, perhaps, to Disney’s Michael Eisner et al. concerning the high-tension-wires-might-cause-cancer message in the Eddie Murphy film “The Distinguished Gentleman†(Film Clips, Dec. 13). But don’t be too surprised if, someday, Bambi, Cinderella, Snow White and all seven dwarfs end up glowing in the dark.
Political correctness begins at home. Down in Anaheim at Disneyland, high-voltage power lines march, cracking and buzzing, straight through the heart of the Magic Kingdom’s massive, family-filled parking lot--all the way from Section A (“Aliceâ€) through Section Z (“Zorroâ€).
