Paramedic Shortfall
Ventura County, open your eyes. You are a highly educated and intelligent group of people, yet are so ignorant of your pre-hospital emergency medical system. Do you really believe you have adequate paramedic service in Ventura County?

What type of community disaster plan do we have with a private ambulance company in charge of our emergency medical system, and who is the watchdog?
